This marks the first Independence Day as a parent and Family. Most of our celebration happened on Friday, July 5th at my parent's where we had grilled salmon, brisket and burgers with potato salad, baked beans and frog eye salad. We played games, talked and laughed....then when the time was right we lit fireworks. Kohl enjoyed them. Not once did he cry, it was a proud Mommy moment. It was literally a blast.
I'm looking forward to many more fun family events.
